Vendor Membership

Vendor-Members are advertised on PAHMA’s website (www.pahma.org) and includes your logo and contact information. While PAHMA cannot endorse a particular vendor, members and non-members will often contact PAHMA to ask about vendors in the area for certain services. We will refer them to our vendor-member list so that they would be able to make those connections.

Access to PAHMA’s password-protected “members only” section of the website including, but not limited to: A comprehensive contact list of all current PAHMA members; Member website access to our national advocacy group, NAHMA (National Affordable Housing Management Association); Ability to submit complimentary postings of company job openings which are publicly displayed on the career page of the PAHMA website.

Current industry insights, updates and trends via “NAHMA News” available on the PAHMA website.

Complimentary exhibit table at one of our Spring Training Seminars. This benefit is for ONE full day and includes ONE exhibit table located outside of the training room and lunch for up to TWO company representatives. (Discounted rates are available if you wish to attend additional days or events, or for additional representatives)

An invitation to any PAHMA training event as an attendee at member discounted rates. This is an excellent networking opportunity to spend time with industry professionals representing over 100 management companies. (This does not include an exhibit table)

Vendor-members have priority to get in on the available high-end sponsorships before non-members (Dinner Sponsorship, Luncheon Sponsorship, etc.) for PAHMA’s Annual Fall Educational Conference & Vendor Exhibit held at Seven Springs Mountain Resort & Convention Center. A two-week preview will be given to all Vendor-Members before sponsorship is opened to non-member vendors. Vendor-Members also receive priority exhibit table location over Standard Exhibitor non-members
