I HEREBY MAKE APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP and agree to the bylaws below and to support PAHMA’s objectives & interests.

According to PAHMA’s bylaws: A Sponsor/Vendor Membership is any entity or person interested in providing services or assistance to the furtherance of the affordable housing industry and this corporation (and not a Primary Member or Associate Member of this corporation) may apply to the Board to be a Sponsor/Vendor Member for events or meetings of the Corporation. Any entity or person applying for Sponsor/Vendor Membership will be approved or disapproved at the sole discretion of the Board. Sponsor/Vendor Members shall have a Designated Representative to represent the member with the Corporation however Sponsor/Vendor Members and their Sponsor/Member Representatives are not entitled to vote on any matter submitted to a vote of the Primary Membership. Sponsor/Vendor Members will not have any of the membership rights as set forth in the Act.
