There’s No Place Like Home: 2026 Annual Fall Conference

Bring your company’s heart, courage and wisdom and celebrate PAHMA’s 40th anniversary at the 2026 Fall Conference. Our Fall Conference is our most popular event and is an opportunity for you to meet and network with Regional/District Managers, Property Managers, Maintenance Personnel, Service Coordinators, etc. who work in housing serving families, the elderly, and people with special needs, including staff of HUD-assisted, public, and tax credit housing. Our attendance has reached over 400 housing professionals from Western Pennsylvania and surrounding areas!

We are always looking for ways to encourage attendees to engage with you and to have some fun. In addition to our very popular “Vendor Card” (which requires attendees to obtain a stamp from each vendor in order to be included in gift card drawings) this year, the attendees will complete an “OZ-SOME” VENDOR nomination form, voting for vendors in the following categories:

Registration

All Exhibitor products/services must be specifically related to the needs of the Real Estate Management Industry. Making an application for exhibit space indicates a willingness on the part of Vendor to abide by all accompanying terms and conditions, as well as additional rules and regulations that PAHMA may deem necessary for the success of the conference. This application will become a contract when approved and accepted by PAHMA and payment will be required for all advertising provided to Vendor.

Terms and Conditions: PAHMA reserves the right to reject any vendor application that, in the Board’s sole discretion, is deemed inappropriate for the Conference or not applicable to the Real Estate Management Industry. If a vendor cancels prior to the exhibit, all refunds will be at the sole discretion of the PAHMA Board of Directors based on the date of cancellation & any benefits already received. To reserve space, booths must be paid in full.

Registration, ads, and sponsor sign logo must be received by 9/25 to guarantee Sponsor signage and placement in the Conference Program.
